Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before we dispatch the product. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed; you may refuse delivery, which will effectively cancel the order.

If you change your mind after dispatch (but before delivery), you may refuse the parcel on delivery; the item will be returned to us.
Please note: If the product has been dispatched and accepted by you (or accepted by someone at your delivery address), then standard return/ refund conditions apply rather than a simple cancellation.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We will consider refunds or returns under the following conditions:
The product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the description. You should notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue and intact original packaging.
For all other cases (for example: change of mind), returns may be accepted at our discretion, and subject to certain conditions detailed below.
3. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags/labels, seals and barcodes intact.
The product should be returned in its original packaging, and the outer packaging must not be damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product appears to have been used, tampered with, or if key packaging components are missing.
Any request for return must be made within 5 days of delivery (or such other period as we specify) unless the product is faulty.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (or as per your bank/card provider).
If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, damage etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping cost, and a restocking or handling charge may apply.
Please note: Discounts, promotional items or combo packs may be treated differently (for example, the full pack must be returned).
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange in the following cases:
The product has been used, washed, altered, or shows signs of wear.
Original tags, labels, seals or barcodes are missing or tampered with.
The product was delivered correctly and you simply changed your mind.
The return request is made after the allowable period.
For items that are clearly hygiene/single-use or where the nature of the product prevents return for safety/health reasons.
6. Shipping & Risk
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. In case of refusal of delivery, the returned item must safely reach our warehouse in the same condition as dispatched.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods during return shipping remains with you until we receive the goods, unless the return is due to our fault and we’ve arranged return pickup.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of this Policy will be available on our website under the “Refund & Cancellation Policy” link.
